NobleRise CreatiSell Ltd.
NRCS Ltd. — a Taipei video production company with filmmaking at its core.
NobleRise CreatiSell Ltd. (Chinese name 爵陞藝享有限公司) was founded in Taipei in October 2023 and operates under the brand 藝享文創. We produce video work for companies and brands, develop original short films and AI comic dramas, and curate Taiwanese tea and cultural products that our team believes in.
What we do
Video production
Corporate image films, brand films, product videos, music videos, event films, AI-plus-live-action short videos and AI comic dramas. Each project is staffed to its scale with directing, producing, cinematography, lighting, art, styling and sound.
- Planning and script — clarifying the audience, purpose and key message, then planning the script and shoot.
- Shooting and production — carried out as agreed in the confirmed plan.
- Post-production and delivery — editing, color grading, sound and the versions each platform needs.

Original content
We develop our own stories, including 《落葉歸根 Infused》, an original short drama set in a bar in Hualien, written, directed and edited by our founder, and a series of AI comic dramas.
Tea and cultural products
Our tea line 嶼嵐茗選 offers four Taiwanese teas: light-roast Alishan oolong, Alishan black tea, Pingxi green tea and Pingxi honey-scented black tea. Prices, promotions and stock are shown in our LINE shop, and orders are picked up by appointment at five locations in Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan and Hualien.

About the founder
The company was founded by director Yuji Li (黎先彧), a graduate of the Department of Radio and Television at National Taiwan University of Arts. He has worked in film and television production since 2012, across feature films, drama series, music videos and brand films, as a screenwriter, director and editor.
For each project we bring together a Creative Team of directors, producers, cinematographers, lighting, art and styling specialists, sound engineers and advisors, chosen to fit the work.
How we work
- Brief — we confirm the purpose, platforms, budget and delivery date.
- Direction and quote — we agree the scope, versions, revisions and licensing terms.
- Pre-production — script, storyboard, crew, locations and schedule.
- Production — the shoot is carried out as confirmed.
- Post-production and review — feedback is collected through one main contact.
- Final delivery — versions are delivered as agreed and the project is closed.
Revision rounds, deliverables and licensing are set out in each quote or contract.
